A. We merely list the prices available at thousands of online stores - We do not ship any products ourselves, so you will need to contact the retailer you shopped with.

2. Will you price match XYZ?
A. We don't sell anything ourselves - We just list the cheapest prices we can find. If you can find a better dealyouself, then good luck!

3. How do I get my shop listed on Shop in UK?
A. At the moment, we only list merchants that have an affiliate program and can provide a product feed. Please contact us if you would like to know more

4. Are the prices up-to-date?
A. All our prices are checked daily to ensure that they are up to date. however, occassionally a merchant will forget to update us with their current prices, and so you may see a mis-match.

5. Do you have any of these products?
A. Everything our merchants sell is listed on the site - If it's not listed, it's probably not available.

6. Do you see any of my personal details when I buy through you?
A. No, you will leave our site completely and go to the merchant's secure sever. We cannot see any of your personal data.
