Well we’ve tasted a little of what the weather has in store for us over the Easter break, and the outlook looks great. Which means (unlike last year) we should be set for having some great barbecues. This led me to looking into which barbecue is the best of the best, and for fun I thought I’d share with you what would be my first meal on the king of the barbecues.

Naturally if you want to find out which barbecue features at the top of the pile, you need to look at those with a hefty pricetag, well that’s just what I done when I examined the range over at Rawgarden.

It has to be said that the Napoleon range of barbecues are very stylish in their stainless steel exterior, but when you look at the features, you really find out why they are so special and worthy of their pricetag. The Napoleon barbecues range in price from £885 to £3200 and have all the features to create a culinary masterpiece for your guests.

On to the menu:

As money is no concern for this, the very princely priced Napoleon Prestige II 750 Gemini Gas Barbecue, deserves to have a very princely menu for it’s first outing… So here goes:

Starters:
Stuffed Peppers with Roquefort
Jack Daniel’s rich honey glazed chicken wings and dijon mustard

Main Choices:
Filets and crab with a Béarnaise sauce
Peking-style duck
Cornish game hens with honey-lime dressing

Dessert:
Seared Peaches with Vanilla Syrup & Fresh Raspberries
Paradise Grilled Pineapple

Of course you don’t have to splash out on one of these fancy barbecues to conjure up this menu, but if you do fancy splashing out, order from Rawgarden using the discount code AFFAPR09 to get 3% off your order – this could be worth a whopping £96 off the Napoleon Prestige II 750 Gemini Gas Barbecue.
