PrinterInks has partnered with the UK’s leading charity, Woodland Trust, dedicated to protect native woodland heritage. PrinterInks will donate £1 to the fund for every re-usable ink or toner cartridge returned using a provided postage-paid return label.

Following its “Fast and Free UK Delivery” principle, free shipping is standard on all (Mainland) UK orders dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. In-stock orders received by 3:30pm GMT are typically sent out on the same business day, and 1-3 business day delivery is to be expected. Urgent in-stock orders can be placed with next day delivery guaranteed for a nominal fee.

Most major credit cards, Paypal, Google Checkout, and personal cheques are all acceptable payment methods. Cheque orders are only shipped once the payment has cleared the bank, which can typically take 3-10 days. With a customer service-granted Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), refunds are permitted for 30 days from the date of shipment, or 90 days for unopened or defective products. After 90 and up to 180 days, unopened products can be returned at a 15% restocking fee.
