RajaPack was until quite recently known as Aid Pack and BinPac however they have changed their name to form one unified company throughout Europe. They are still one of the top suppliers of quality packaging materials in the UK with over 500,000 customers and 750 staff.

Product Range

Their online catalogue boasts over 3000 lines and includes every conceivable packaging material you can think of. For ease of navigation the website product range is categorised into 12 sections including cartons and boxes, envelopes and bags, tapes and dispensers, labels, strapping, stapling and adhesives. They also offer a number of gift and retail packaging ideas, such as coloured carrier bags, gift wrapping, boxes and bottle bags.

In addition to a variety of well known brand names such as Stanley, Scotch, Xerox and Pentel, RajaPack also stocks over 70 Raja branded products at lower prices. These include examples of the most popular products such as boxes, tape, envelopes, strapping, bubble wrap and shrink-wrap.

Payment Methods

First time purchasers are required to open an account before they can complete checkout, and are also required to pay for their first purchase in advance using Visa, Visa Delta or MasterCard. Once the order has been received RajaPack customer service team will call to confirm the details. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, however goods aren't dispatched until the payment clears.

Once you have an account set up you can order and pay up to 30 days later with the credit or debit card associated with the account.

Delivery Options

RajaPack use their own lorries to deliver orders which means that if you order stocked items before 3pm Monday to Thursday, your delivery will be with you by 5.30pm the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. For larger and non-stocked items delivery is generally within 3-5 days following cleared payment.

Delivery is free if your order totals more than £175 exclusive of VAT however if it is below £175 then there is a delivery charge of £8.95. It is possible to arrange specific delivery times, deliveries on a Saturday and offshore UK deliveries if you phone the RajaPack customer service number and ask for a quotation.

Returns Policy

RajaPack's returns policy differs depending on whether the products being returned are stock items or non-stock items. Non-stocked items such as pallet trucks, moving trolleys and other large items can not be returned once the order has been confirmed and the items delivered.
