Oxendales Clothing Company is a part of the JD Williams shopping empire, one of the largest home shopping companies in the UK and boasts over 20 separate brand names. The company was founded in 1875 and was one of the first retailers to use the parcel post service to send customer orders direct to their door. Since then the company has grown and now offers a wide range of products for the home as well as clothing for both sexes.

Product Range

The products available in the Oxendales catalogue range from women's clothing through to exercise equipment and kitchen accessories. More specifically the following sections are covered:

Women's clothing, where you can choose from a wide range of garments in sizes that start at 12 and go through to size 32-34. Oxendales specialise in clothing for larger ladies and most of their garments are available in the full range of sizes. Their footwear is also available in larger width sizes to accommodate for all customers. As well as the women's clothing section, the website also has separate sections for lingerie and nightwear.

Men's clothing is a smaller range, however it still covers everything that you would need in your wardrobe. Trousers, shorts and jeans are available in sizes 34 to 54 and some styles come in short and regular leg lengths. Tops and shirts come in sizes small through to 5XL.

If you use the personal account option you will be charged interest on the amount owed each month.

Delivery Options

Delivery of small items such as clothing and footwear is normally within 5 working days of the order being placed. You will be charged a delivery fee of £2.99 per order for these small items. Larger items such as the kitchen appliances, TVs and other electrical items can take anywhere from 10 days to 6-8 weeks and there is often an additional delivery charge to pay as well.

All orders have to be signed for and so the website gives you the option to change the delivery address if you think you aren't going to be home. There is no extra charge for this service.

Returns Policy
