Company Background

The Stone Island brand has been a major name in the fashion industry for many years. It prides itself on being different from other brand names through its innovative research into novel fabrics and textiles, many of which have never before been used in the clothing industry. Its aim is to create garments for today's men in a range of bold colours and futuristic fabrics that stand out from the crowd.

Product Range

Stone Island designs and manufactures a wide range of men's fashion clothing and accessories. On the website you can choose from t-shirts and polo shirts, dress shirts, trousers, knitwear, sweatshirts and outer garments such as jackets and coats, shorts and footwear. There is a separate section for Stone Island denims and a third section for Stone Island Junior.

In addition to their clothing range, Stone Island also offers a small range of accessories such as baseball caps and leather belts. The website also lists sale items from the previous season where you can find garments with up to 50% off their original price.

Most of the garments are available in a range of sizes starting at Medium and going through to XXXL in some cases. For trousers and jeans, waist sizes normally start at 32 inches and go up to 38 inches although some styles do carry larger and smaller sizes. Many of the garments are also available in a variety of colour choices from classical black to orange and red if you prefer.

Payment Methods

Stone Island Clothing accepts Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Diners card and JCB. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase and not when the items are ready to be dispatched.

It is possible to pre-order new season garments on the website before they reach the stores. That said, even though you may have to wait several weeks for your garments to be officially released and sent through to you, your credit or debit card will still be charged at the time you order them.

Delivery Options

Delivery normally takes between 3 and 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. If you place an order after 12pm then it won't be confirmed until the following working day and so delivery may be a day later than expected.

As mentioned above, delivery is free if your order is worth in excess of £300. If it is below this figure then the delivery charge to the UK mainland stands at £6 and to Ireland or the Channel Islands it is £15.

Stone Island allows you to have your packages delivered to an alternative address if you can't be at home on their expected day of arrival. This can be a friend or relative's address or if you prefer your work address, providing they can easily gain access to you or someone authorised to sign for your delivery. If you are not sure when your package is due to be delivered you can ring the phone number above to get a progress report on the status of your order.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to the company within 14 days of its receipt. There are two ways to do this. Firstly you can post the items back using either Royal Mail Special Delivery or using a courier. Secondly, you can take the items to the Beak Street store if you live nearby. You will need to take the original dispatch note as proof of purchase.

Providing the garments are in an unused condition and are packaged as they were when they arrived then Stone Island will give a complete refund for the purchase price. This will be credited back onto the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. They only refund postage and delivery charges if the items are faulty or damaged or if they have made an error and sent the wrong garments.
